Fitz Salted Caramel & Chocolate Cookie

Fitz is one of the most handsome Bernese Mountain Dogs in New York City. He's large, in charge, and has a beautiful coat of brown, black, and white. When we came up with this cookie and saw the colors, we knew we had to name it after him — one of our favorite boys. (Please note: because caramel can be unpredictable, some cookies may look terrible, but taste delicious.)
